Who can list a business in the Bestie Marketplace?
The Bestie Marketplace is a women-owned business directory exclusively for active Hello Bestie members. Members who own or operate a business are welcome to submit their listing for review. All business listings are subject to review and approval before publication.
Do I need to be a Hello Bestie member?
The Bestie Marketplace is exclusively available to active Hello Bestie members. If you're not yet a member, we'd love to welcome you! Visit hellobestie.co to learn more about Hello Bestie and download the app.
How much does a Hello Bestie membership cost?
A Hello Bestie membership is just $5 per year. We believe the best communities are built on kindness, authenticity, respect, and genuine participation. To help protect our community culture, discourage spam, and foster meaningful engagement, Hello Bestie requires a low-cost annual membership.
📝 Listing Your Business
How do I list my business in the Bestie Marketplace?
Complete the Business Listing Submission Form with your business information, then select your Marketplace Plan at the bottom of the form. Once you've submitted your listing and completed your purchase, your business listing will be reviewed for approval before being published in the Bestie Marketplace.
How long does it take for my business listing to be approved?
Business listings are reviewed in the order they are received. Most listings are approved within 1–2 business days.
When will my business listing go live?
Once your business listing has been approved, it will be published automatically and become visible in the Bestie Marketplace. You will receive an email confirmation when your listing is published.

🏪 Managing Your Listing
Can I edit my business listing after it's published?
You can update your business information, business contact details, business category, business logo and images, and other listing information at any time through your Marketplace dashboard. Note: It may take up to 24 hours for updates to your business location to appear on the interactive marketplace map after changing your business address.
Do I have to provide a business address?
If you don't have a storefront, enter your city and state instead (for example, Mansfield, Texas). This information helps local customers discover your business on the interactive marketplace map while protecting your privacy.
How do customers contact my business?
Customers can contact your business directly through the contact form on your business listing. Messages are sent to the email address associated with your account, so you do not need to publicly display a business email address. A business website is required. You may also choose to display a business phone number if you'd like customers to have an additional way to contact you.
What are search keywords and how do they work?
Search keywords are words that help improve your business's visibility within the Bestie Marketplace. While these keywords aren't displayed publicly on your business listing, they're used to help members find your business when searching the marketplace or using filters.

🌸 Tier 1 – Bestie Business Owner
What do I need to provide?
A business listing submission and purchase of the Bestie Business Owner Marketplace Plan. After your listing is approved, there is no further action required.
📣 Tier 2 – Main Feed Business Spotlight
What do I need to provide?
A business listing submission and purchase of the Main Feed Business Spotlight Marketplace Plan. After your listing is approved, post your advertisement directly to your Hello Bestie profile before your scheduled campaign begins. Hello Bestie will sponsor your advertisement on the upcoming Sunday.
📍 Tier 3 – Community Feature Partner
What do I need to provide?
A business listing submission and purchase of the Community Feature Partner Marketplace Plan. After your listing is approved, post your advertisement directly to your local Hello Bestie community before your scheduled campaign begins. Hello Bestie will feature your advertisement on the first available Sunday. Your business will also receive RSVP Page sponsor recognition for every official Hello Bestie local event occurring during your active campaign.
🌎 Tier 4 – Main Feed Premier Partner
What do I need to provide?
A business listing submission and purchase of the Main Feed Premier Partner Marketplace Plan. After your listing is approved, please email the following to partnerships@hellobestie.co:
- A 1080 × 1080 square advertisement image.
- The title for your advertisement.
- The content for your advertisement.
Hello Bestie will publish your advertisement exactly as submitted on the first available Sunday.
👑 Tier 5 – Global App Banner Partner
What do I need to provide?
A business listing submission and purchase of the Global App Banner Partner Marketplace Plan. After your listing is approved, please email the following to partnerships@hellobestie.co:
- A 1080 × 1080 square advertisement image.
- Your banner title (60 characters maximum).
- Your banner description (140 characters maximum).
- The website or landing page URL that should open when your banner is clicked.
Hello Bestie will publish your advertisement exactly as submitted on the first available Sunday.
📅 Campaign Information
How long do advertising campaigns run?
Campaign lengths vary by Marketplace Plan and may change over time. Please visit the Business Listing Submission Form for current campaign lengths and pricing.
When do advertising campaigns begin?
Marketplace advertising campaigns begin on Sundays. Tier 2 – Main Feed Business Spotlight campaigns begin on the upcoming Sunday. Tiers 3–5 begin on the first available Sunday based on advertising availability.
Do my subscription and advertising campaign follow the same schedule?
Marketplace Plan subscriptions renew monthly on your original purchase date. Advertising campaigns are a premium feature of your Marketplace Plan and vary in length. Because of this, your subscription and advertising campaign may follow different schedules.
Example: If your subscription begins on May 15th, it will run through June 14th and renew on June 15th. However, your 28-day advertising campaign may not begin until May 20th and will run through June 18th. Despite starting on a different date, you will always receive the full advertising campaign duration included with your Marketplace Plan.
What happens if advertising placements are full?
Advertising placements for Tiers 3–5 are limited. If all placements are currently occupied, your campaign will be placed on a waiting list and scheduled for the first available Sunday. Campaigns are scheduled in the order Marketplace Plan purchases are received.
What happens if I don't submit my advertisement or campaign materials before my campaign begins?
Your campaign period begins on the first available Sunday regardless of whether your advertisement or campaign materials have been submitted. To receive the full benefit of your campaign, please ensure all required advertisements and campaign materials are submitted before your scheduled campaign begins.
What happens if I cancel my Marketplace Plan before my campaign begins?
If your campaign has not yet begun due to advertising availability, any reserved campaign time you've already paid for will remain reserved and continue as scheduled. Canceling your Marketplace Plan prevents future renewals but does not cancel or shorten any already purchased campaign.
💳 Billing & Payments
When will I be charged?
Marketplace Plans are charged at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly on your original purchase date unless canceled through your Marketplace dashboard before your next renewal.
Can I change my Marketplace Plan?
You may upgrade or downgrade your Marketplace Plan at any time through your Marketplace dashboard. Marketplace Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. Marketplace Plan downgrades take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Will I keep my current pricing if Marketplace Plan prices increase?
As a thank you for being a continuous advertiser, your current Marketplace Plan pricing is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active—even if Marketplace Plan prices increase in the future. If your subscription is canceled, expires due to a failed payment, or is otherwise interrupted, any future Marketplace Plan purchases will be subject to the pricing in effect at the time of your new purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
Marketplace Plan purchases are non-refundable. The only exception is if your campaign does not begin within 90 days of your Marketplace Plan purchase due to advertising availability. In that case, you may request a full refund or choose to remain on the waiting list.
